If you are a healthcare provider in the U.S. who collects Protected Health Information (PHI), LeadNest can be configured to meet HIPAA requirements and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) can be signed. For attorneys and other legal professionals, LeadNest also supports secure, encrypted data handling to help maintain client confidentiality. We recommend avoiding the storage of PHI or sensitive case details unless HIPAA or legal compliance features are enabled.
